For those who don't know me...

You are better off leaving me alone. I consider myself a nice person, but I am not so starved for companionship that I sit online and try to meet new people. If I want to talk to someone, I'll go find one of my friends. If you insist on contacting me, you'd better have something more interesting to say than "Hi" or you risk immediate removal to my "Ignore Forever" list. If you contact me and I don't know you, you may not get a response.

For those of you who need that extra warning...

I'm not particularly fond of talking to complete strangers and even less fond of talking to complete strangers on the internet. I am not looking for love via the internet. Incidentally, an interesting introduction does not mean I want to hear about how your significant other abused you, divorced you, and bled you dry, or some other sob story. Worst case senerio you're a psycho stalker, and while I'd love to kick your trash, prudence dictates that I not even get into that situation. Best case scenario, you've made some stupid mistakes in your life and that fact that you're looking for love over the internet doesn't bode well for behavioral improvement. Find this harsh? Good, then leave me alone!

I recently received this message:

Well....I was searching for serpent art,and came across your sight.I was actually considering asking if you'd like to see my art as well.BUT....your messege seems REALLY anal,and uptight....lost interest immediately...and your art is a little to childish anyway.SNOB!

Clearly I have misrepresented myself. I was going for Introverted Psycho-Wench.

There is something uniquely amusing about being called an anal, uptight, childish snob by a complete stranger who has nothing better to do than send me a message like this.
